The luxury real estate sector is on the brink of a new era with the inauguration of the SeaScape development, a cutting-edge residential project located in Guanacaste. Nestled in the heart of the coastal town of Playa del Coco, SeaScape promises an exquisite blend of luxury, comfort, and escape in a natural setting.
The project’s launch was celebrated in a packed restaurant of Playas del Coco by Tammy Lovell and her team from the real estate agency Tammy Sells Costa Rica. The place was buzzing with excitement.
Tammy Lovell pointed out that « this visionary project will proudly rise over 11 floors of refined architectural design. With a limited offering of 60 condominiums, intimacy is guaranteed, ensuring unparalleled exclusivity for those seeking to indulge in an elite coastal lifestyle. One, two, and three-bedroom units will be available to meet all needs. »
During an exclusive interview with Mag506.com, Tammy Lovell revealed that a quarter of the units had been pre-sold prior to the launch event. The construction, which is anticipated to last 18 to 24 months, is set to commence in April 2024.
The project developer is a well-known Canadian in the region named Vladimir Spivak. This entrepreneur has already made a very good reputation as a top real estate developer, playing a key role in the development of the local market with, among other things, the « Ocean Villas » project. He is also a co-owner of Buzzed Monkey, a very popular bar-restaurant that has become an important social meeting point in the community.
Recently, a dynamic young Canadian couple, François and Jennifer Lanthier, who have just moved to Costa Rica, joined the Tammy Sells Costa Rica real estate agency and are already working on the project.

Waking up at SeaScape Residences promises to be as refreshing as the sea breeze, with the beach just a five-minute walk away. Residents will be able to let the rhythm of the waves guide their morning routine in this idyllic setting where proximity to the ocean will be a pleasant habit.
The announcement comes at a time when there is a significant shortage of condominiums in Coco and Guanacaste, especially since the post-pandemic surge in demand. Moreover, the search for housing with three bedrooms is even more pressing, an offer that is virtually non-existent in this region, says François Lanthier.
Whether at sunrise or under the starry sky, residents of SeaScape will be able to immerse themselves in breathtaking views of the dense tropical forest and the majestic expanse of the Pacific Ocean. Every window will offer a living painting, with scenes of natural beauty overlooking the ocean.
« Playas del Coco offers an ideal setting for water sports enthusiasts and for those seeking tranquility by the sea. The beach promenade in Coco serves as a popular gathering spot for locals, expats, and tourists alike. These are among the reasons why we chose to move here, » confides François Lanthier.
SeaScape will not only be an oasis of relaxation, but also a hub of convenience. From local markets with authentic flavors, to trendy restaurants and bars, chic boutiques, and essential services, everything will be just a few minutes’ walk away.
Tammy Lovell wanted to reassure some people who have expressed concerns about the arrival of this 11-story building in Playa del Coco.
« The selection of the site for this project was made with careful calculation. The space was already vacant, so there will be no loss of natural area to execute the project. Furthermore, the building’s location will not obstruct the view from any other part of Playa del Coco, » stated Tammy Lovell.
At a convenient distance from the Guanacaste International Airport, SeaScape will eliminate the stress of travel, making arrival and departure as peaceful as the stay itself.
Besides the glamour, every aspect of security has been thought out with the utmost care. Peace of mind will be ensured by omnipresent security and modern facilities to guarantee a permanent haven of peace.
« SeaScape will be more than just a place to live. It will mark the start of a life filled with precious moments, and every time you come home, it will be a celebration of Pura Vida, » expresses Tammy Lovell.
